1. Scope and operator

COLLAVER Inc. (“we”, “us” or “the company”) handles personal information relating to this company website and email inquiries as described below.

This website introduces our company and businesses. It has no registration, login, checkout, file upload or online contact form. Contact links open your email application.

2. When you email us

When you email us, we process your email address, the name shown in your email, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to understand and respond to your inquiry, handle your request and follow up where needed. We do not use it to send unrelated advertising.

Please do not send government identification numbers, passwords, verification codes or full payment-card numbers. Remove unnecessary personal information from any screenshots.

3. Connection information and cookies

We do not install advertising trackers, visitor analytics scripts, external video embeds, social login or advertising cookies on this website. Images and interface files are served by the website itself. Motion preferences apply only to the current page and are not stored in an account or on a server.

To deliver and secure the website, our hosting provider may process connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information. Essential cookies may be used when security checks are triggered. You can block cookies in your browser, although this may affect some security checks.

4. Service providers

• Cloudflare: Website hosting, content delivery and security. Connection information may be processed on infrastructure outside South Korea, including in the United States. Cloudflare Privacy Policy and security cookie information provide further details.
• Whois Mail: Email service used to receive, store and respond to company emails. The information described in section 2 is processed through this service when you contact us.

We do not sell inquiry information or provide it for advertising targeting. Where legally required, we may disclose information to relevant authorities to the extent necessary.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain inquiry information while responding to the inquiry and handling related requests, and delete it without undue delay when the purpose has been fulfilled and it is no longer needed. If applicable law requires retention, we retain only the relevant information for the required period. If an ongoing contract or dispute requires retention, we review the reason and whether it still applies.

The website itself has no database of visitor accounts or individual activity histories. Technical information processed by the hosting provider for security and service operation is subject to that provider’s retention policies.

6. Your privacy requests

You or your authorized representative may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We verify the request and identity only as necessary and handle it in accordance with applicable law. If a legal reason prevents us from fulfilling a request, we will explain it.

This website does not offer accounts for children or personal-information entry features directed at children. For inquiries involving a child, a parent or guardian should send only the minimum information needed.

7. RUPOMI and other services

RUPOMI is in development. This policy covers the company website and does not replace a privacy policy for in-game advertising, purchases, save data or account services. Before offering services with those features, we will provide separate notices reflecting the actual functionality and data processing.

If you access our content through an external platform, that platform’s privacy information may also apply.

8. Changes

If website functionality or our handling of personal information changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Where a change requires separate notice or consent, we will follow the relevant process.
